Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Winemaking:
Fermented and aged for 1 year in a wood vat of 40 hl.

A smooth, generous wine with aromas of ripe cherry and eastern spices.

Barbecue, T-bone steak,lamb chops, “cévenole” chitterlings sausage, matured cheeses.
Serving temperature:
between 16°C and 18°C
