Terroir: Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Winemaking: Cooling of the harvest. Pre-fermentation period of 3 days. Delestages (rack and return) and thermo-regulated fermentation.
Tasting: Bright light colour. Full fruity taste, supple tannins.
Food pairings: Saucisson party, BBQ with friend.
Serving temperature: between 15°C and 17°C
Ageing potential: 2 years
