Welcome to our Family winery,

The Castillon family has already been pacing this terroir for 4 generations. We are located on the South side of the Costières de Nîmes, facing Camargue and the Mediterranean sea. This location brings our wines delicacy and originality.

We share the values of Biodynamic and organic farming. Our newest challenge now is permaculture and aromatherapy, willing to refrain from using copper. This is our contribution to a cleaner and healthier planet.

Balance in nature is essential to raise good grapes. This is how we can offer this range of flavors :

Old Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache Noir are sublime in our red wines

Cinsault and Grenache which give all their freshness to our rosés

Roussanne, Viognier and Grenache Blanc harmonized in the elegance of our whites.

Auzan Blanc

Yellow colour with green reflections. Fresh white fruits and white flowers’ pollen aromas on the nose. The Grenache provides the richness and the Roussanne the balancing acidity.

Auzan Rosé

Brightly salmon pink colour. Raspberry, redcurrant nose. Explosion of fruit. Roundness and a well-balanced.

Auzan Rouge

Bright garnet colour. Full taste with a good fruity and spicy structure. Serve slightly chilled to exude a long, warm taste with supple tannins.

Pale and delicate robe. Delicate nose with grapefruit and white peach notes. Fresh and soft mouth with beautiful balance.
