Yield: 35 hl/ha
Terroir: Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Winemaking: Manual harvest in grape boxes. Carbonic maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in “Tava” amphoras. 9 month ageing in those same amphoras.
Tasting: Bright red robe. Very fruity on the mouth, little red fruits, morello cherry. Round and supple but also structured
Food pairings: To enjoy with a gastronomic menu.
Serving temperature: between 16°C and 18°C
Ageing potential: 10 years
