Équilibre, entre notes de fruits rouges, rondeur et une agréable fraicheur
Grape varieties: 60 % Grenache, 25 % Mourvèdre, 15 % Syrah.
Terroir: A hillside terroir at 200 m of altitude, blue marl and fine Miocene sands.
Winemaking: Manual harvest, with a vinification in stainless steel and concrete vats. 14 days fermentation with unballasting and pumping over. Ageing in concrete vats only.
Tasting: Charming and full flavored, the mouth is very balanced, between softness and freshness.
Food pairings: Drink this wine from now, with friends for an aperitif or with a lamb shoulder.
Serving temperature: 17°C
Ageing potential: 5 years
