Cicada Rouge

Ruby red colour with purplish reflections. On the nose, red fruits, raspberry, typical of young Grenache noir.
Grape varieties: 80% Grenache, 20% Carignan
Age of the vines: 30 years
Yield: 60 hl/ha
Terroir: Clay and limestone (Travaillan area).
Winemaking: One week short vatting with pumping over. 6-month ageing in concrete vats on lees.
Tasting: Ruby red colour with purplish reflections. On the nose, red fruits, raspberry, typical of young Grenache noir. On the palate, very aromatic and fresh supported by discreet, soft tannins. Smooth, quaffing.
Food pairings: Cold meat, grilled meat, fresh cheese.
Serving temperature: 16°C
Ageing potential: 2 to 3 years
